Information We Collect

• •Account Information: When you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not store your Google password.
• •Usage Data: We collect information about how you use PrimePost, including the number of transformations performed, selected output formats, and feature usage patterns.
• •Content Submitted for Transformation: We temporarily process the content you paste into PrimePost in order to generate your requested output formats. See Data Storage & Security below for retention details.

How We Use Your Information

• •To Provide the Service: Your content is sent to AI processing providers to generate repurposed output. Your account information is used to manage your subscription and usage limits.
• •To Improve the Product: Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand which features are most valuable and where we can improve.
• •To Process Payments: Payment information is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade database security including encryption at rest and in transit.

Content you submit for transformation is processed in real time and is not permanently stored after the transformation is complete. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models.

Third-Party Services

PrimePost integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Cookies

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrimePost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Description of Service

PrimePost is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms long-form content into multiple platform-optimized formats, including X threads, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, Instagram captions, blog summaries, YouTube descriptions, and Facebook posts. The service is available in a free tier (3 transforms per month) and paid tiers with additional capabilities.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use PrimePost. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Payment & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PrimePost to:

• •Submit, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• •Attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the service's usage limits, security measures, or rate limiting
• •Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• •Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you submit to PrimePost and the output generated from it. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content or the transformed results. The PrimePost service itself, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, remains the property of Block Nexus Labs.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The content produced by PrimePost is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unintended phrasing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrimePost and Block Nexus Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the service. Your continued use of PrimePost after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
